By downloading, installing, or using the NoBet application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the App.

NoBet is a gambling addiction recovery support tool. The App provides streak tracking, savings calculations, daily pledges, emergency support features, brain rewiring education, and optional app blocking functionality. NoBet is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.

NoBet is a self-help tool and does not provide medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. The content and features in the App are for informational and motivational purposes only. If you are experiencing a gambling addiction crisis, please contact:

You may create an account using Apple Sign In or Google Sign In. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account. You agree to provide accurate information and to update it as needed.

You agree not to:

• Use the App for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
• Share your account credentials with others
• Use the App to promote gambling or gambling-related services

The optional app blocking feature uses Apple's Screen Time API. By enabling this feature, you authorize NoBet to manage app restrictions on your device. You can disable this feature at any time, subject to a cool-down period designed to prevent impulsive unblocking. NoBet is not responsible for any inconvenience caused by blocked apps.

Money saved figures displayed in the App are estimates based on the weekly spend amount you provide during setup. Actual savings may vary. NoBet does not provide financial advice and these figures are for motivational purposes only.

All content, design, and functionality of the App are owned by NoBet and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the App.

NoBet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the App, including but not limited to relapse, financial loss, or emotional distress. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the App or by contacting support.

We may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We will notify users of significant changes.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
